MEET THE COACH
My Training goes many years back and it shaped me into who I am today. I started out as a shy teenager and not a very confident person. I was partying a lot, not sleeping much or eating the healthiest. I fall for training when I realised what it can do to my body and my mind and chose a healthier lifestyle.
The gym soon became my passion, and along with a new group of friends we decided to enter a local bodybuilding competition; just for fun to keep us motivated, to train harder, and diet more. Long story short, I won! This was so cool especially when I was just a novice and a teenager. Competing quickly became my motivation to keep training, keep getting better, so I set a goal to stand on stage every year. I started helping clients all over the world with their fitness journey winning countless. Over 9 trophies over the years of competing, including 2 time IFBB Pro World
I love helping people and sharing my knowledge built up over my career, whether it’s in the gym, at a seminar, or at an expo. I want to inspire and motivate people of all ages, to share the importance of the consistency needed in both training and nutrition
